Our store is not wheelchair accessible, however, we do have railing and carpeted steps with plenty of seating available throughout the space.

We have all-gender toilets available for customer use.

Please reach out ahead of your visit if you’d like to discuss accessibility arrangements. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

For safety and security, CCTV is in operation at all times.

By entering the store, you acknowledge that you are be recorded on camera.

To ensure our space remains safe for all customers and staff, we have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination or hate.

Staff have the right to refuse service and remove any patron acting aggressively, abusively, or in a discriminatory manner.

Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited within the store except for at licensed events.

Respect, kindness, and inclusivity are expected at all times.

To protect our stockists and customers, bag checks may be conducted at any time.

Large bags, backpacks, and shopping bags must be left at the counter when requested by staff.

Staff reserve the right to check all bags on exit.

Refusal to comply with this policy may result in being asked to leave the premises.

Because Waxy Apples Vintage operates as a consignment-based store, many of our items are sold on behalf of individual stockists and sellers.

Refunds will not be offered without a valid receipt under any circumstances.

Exchanges may be offered within the same week of purchase, for items of the same price and from the same seller, provided the item:

Is in its original condition, and

Shows no signs of wear or damage.

No refunds or exchanges are available for damaged goods or items marked as such.

Gift cards, lingerie, and bikinis are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Cash sales can only be refunded in cash, and card refunds can only be processed back to the same card used for the transaction.

We currently offer Australia-wide and international shipping for all items.

Our small team works hard to process orders quickly. please allow up to 3–4 business days for dispatch.

Shipping fees start at $13, depending on standard or express postage.

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post, and a tracking number will be provided.

Waxy Apples Vintage is not responsible for parcels once they have been lodged with Australia Post.

Many of our pieces are vintage or preloved, meaning they may show minor signs of wear, fading, or age.

These characteristics are part of the charm and history of vintage garments and are not considered faults.

Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
