Loosh Fisher - Miss Waxy Apples, Owner & Founder:
Hey, I’m Loosh.
I am the founder of Waxy Apples Vintage established online & local markets in 2020.
Born in Vancouver, I grew up in coastal/rural Queensland in the most perfect little shack with 7 siblings, a dog, 6 chickens, guinea pigs, fish, ducks & I’m sure a skink or 2.
At 18 I went backpacking around Aus, found a love for travel, creativity, fashion & people & at 19 found myself in my own little apartment in North Melbourne…then made the switch southside.
After a little corporate stint (Which you can guess was so not me) The rest you’d say is history!
I love being in front & behind the camera, styling, graphic design, creative direction, reading, writing, playing my uke, running events & markets, singin my silly songs & of course all of the friend’s I’ve made through my beautiful little store!
